Plot Summary: Kim, still shaken, cautiously confirmed Lalo entering the elevator through the peephole. She then moved to the window, watching the car below drive away before finally exhaling. Jimmy picked up his phone, hidden in a fruit basket, wanting to know what exactly had happened. Old Mike on the other end was reluctant to say much and quickly hung up. After tracking, it was confirmed that Lalo had returned to Mexico. However, contrary to previous expectations, Nacho was also taken to Lalo's hacienda. In the parking lot of the burnt-down fried chicken restaurant, Gustavo listened grimly to Old Mike's report. Lalo taking Nacho wasn't because he suspected anything, but more likely to promote Nacho as the point person for the US operations. Gustavo mused that he had already found a group of killers in Mexico. Now was the perfect opportunity to use Nacho for an inside job, a bloody raid on Lalo's hacienda. Jimmy, meanwhile, confessed to Kim what had happened in the desert. Unbeknownst to her, her husband had gone through something so terrifying; Kim gently comforted him. However, home was not safe for now. They booked a hotel room that night, packed their bags, and moved. Kim was much calmer, showering and then going to bed to rest. Jimmy lay awake all night, constantly worried that he had dragged his wife into danger. When morning finally came, Jimmy made various excuses to try and keep Kim at the hotel. But Kim insisted on going to work at the courthouse, providing legal services for the poor. Seeing his wife's determination, Jimmy threw caution to the wind and went to Old Mike's house, desperately knocking on the door to get answers. Old Mike, who had been busy all night, had just driven home when he saw this frantic man shouting and banging. He quickly opened the door and pulled him inside. Old Mike couldn't reveal Gustavo's entire plan, and he knew what Jimmy was afraid of. The only thing Old Mike could tell Jimmy was that Lalo wouldn't live past tonight. Hearing this, Jimmy's emotions were complex; he didn't know whether to be happy or sad, perhaps after tonight, there would be nothing more to worry about. In a remote suburb of Mexico, a grand gate stood open, welcoming its owner, Lalo, home. Nacho got out of the car with Lalo, looking around and realizing that this multi-acre hacienda was like a fortress. Reinforced concrete walls stood three meters high, topped with barbed wire. The pure steel gate alone could withstand any assault. Numerous AK47-wielding guards were stationed inside and outside the hacienda, making it formidable to attack and easy to defend. Although Old Mike hadn't said anything, Nacho knew very well that Gustavo was up to something. This hacienda was in a secluded area, without even cell phone reception, only landlines. Nacho tried to contact Old Mike but couldn't. Lalo spoke of taking him to meet the boss, Eladio, and Nacho responded vaguely, feeling anxious inside. Just then, his phone vibrated in his pocket; someone must have set up a temporary cell tower nearby. Nacho excused himself to go to the bathroom, found an empty spot, and called back. A strange voice on the phone instructed him to open the back gate of the hacienda at three o'clock tonight and leave. After saying this, the call disconnected, and the signal disappeared. Knowing Gustavo's plan, Nacho's mind was made up, and he was much calmer when he went to see Eladio. Eladio was complaining to Juan in his mansion that Gustavo's recent payments were getting smaller and smaller. This time, Lalo brought a luxury car with its trunk full of dollars, much to Eladio's delight. Lalo seized the opportunity to introduce Nacho to the boss, laying a good foundation for future business. Perhaps out of fondness for Lalo, Eladio was very pleased with Nacho. However, as dusk fell, Nacho grew restless. When everyone was asleep, Nacho used a street skill to cut two pieces of aluminum can sheet and put them in his pocket. To his surprise, when he reached the backyard, he found Lalo sitting in a lounge chair under a tree. Lalo was a typical night owl, usually sleeping only an hour or two, with the quiet of night being his time for contemplation. Nacho dared not act rashly. He feigned insomnia and chatted with Lalo, suggesting he'd like a strong drink, which suited Lalo's mood. While getting the drinks from the bar, Nacho started a pot of oil on the kitchen stove. Returning to the backyard, before he had even two sips, thick smoke billowed from the kitchen. Lalo was furious, assuming some kid had forgotten to turn off the stove again, and got up to go to the kitchen. Nacho wasted no time, pulled out the small aluminum pieces, and inserted them into the deadbolt of the back door. Pushing open the heavy iron door, several armed men were already waiting outside. Nacho didn't speak, waiting for them to enter the hacienda, then he bolted into the darkness outside. Lalo hadn't expected to be attacked in his own hacienda, but Gustavo and Old Mike had underestimated his capabilities. Lalo first used the hot oil from the kitchen to scald two gunmen, killing them. Then he turned and slipped into a secret passage under the bathtub, intentionally leaving the passage door slightly open. After the gunmen killed everyone in the hacienda, they discovered the half-height secret passage under the bathtub. They rushed into the passage to pursue, completely unprepared for Lalo's cunning counterattack. Lalo escaped the hacienda, then returned through the back door, catching his enemies off guard from behind. The passage was narrow, making it difficult to turn around, and the gunmen were seriously wounded by the bullets fired from behind. Lalo found a satellite phone and ordered a wounded gunman to report the mission completed. He wanted Gustavo to experience his thunderous methods when completely unprepared.
