Plot Summary:Howard and Chuck, partners who founded a law firm, have worked together for over a decade. Howard wants Chuck to retire and hand over the firm, but Chuck refuses. Initially, Chuck threatened to sue Howard. Later, he sought reconciliation, but Howard, feeling betrayed, was unwilling. Howard paid Chuck a large sum out of his own pocket and announced to all employees that Chuck was leaving the firm. Despite Chuck's reluctance, he had no choice. Hector and Nacho visit Nacho's father's store, which Hector intends to use for drug dealings. Hector confronts Nacho's father, who, having been previously briefed, is not entirely intimidated. Hector offers a large sum of money, but Nacho's father tells him to leave his store. Nacho, extremely anxious, reminds his father to think of his family, and ultimately Nacho's father accepts Hector's money. Afterward, Nacho explains that his father is old-fashioned and promises to talk to him, but Hector says he no longer trusts him.
