Plot Summary:Jimmy is still drawing on the wallpaper at the law firm when an applicant, Francesca Liddy, arrives. Jimmy and Kim interview Francesca, asking about her past work. Jimmy primarily handles cases involving wills for the elderly, so his requirement is patience with seniors. Kim, on the other hand, only has one major case involving Mesa Verde Bank, which requires a lot of paperwork. Therefore, she needs someone organized and detail-oriented. Francesca Liddy previously worked at a DMV, but found the bureaucracy too stifling and wanted to do something more meaningful, which led her to the law firm. Jimmy is very satisfied with Francesca's performance and resume, but Kim is hesitant, preferring someone with some legal experience. After Jimmy's repeated pleas, Kim agrees to give Francesca a chance, asking her to try calling clients and be as friendly as possible, which Francesca does. Francesca starts well, but soon after, Mike Ehrmantraut calls Jimmy. Mike asks Jimmy to meet him for breakfast the next morning at a specific restaurant and to perform specific actions. Jimmy, curious about Mike's instructions, agrees.
